Dianne DiMascio
Dianne DiMascio concentrates her practice in the areas of business and corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions and the reorganization of privately held companies; employment law; litigation; real estate; construction law; and intellectual property law.
Ms. DiMascio received her B.A. degree in 1980 from California State University located in Fullerton and her J.D. degree in 1988 from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from Southwestern in the top percentile and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Book Award on the subject of Foreign Licensing of Copyrightable Works.
Ms. DiMascio is a member of the American, California and Los Angeles County Bar Associations. She is a section member of the Litigation, Business Torts Litigation and Intellectual Property Law Sections of the American Bar Association, California State Bar Association and Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Ms. DiMascio is currently a member of the California State Bar, the U.S. District Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also active in the California Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
